Ain Dubai

Problem statement

Ain Dubai’s website was not fully aligned with the landmark’s premium positioning. The old site relied on heavy text blocks, static visuals, and rigid booking steps that created friction for visitors. With mobile usage growing rapidly, the site lacked optimization for smaller screens, leading to drop-offs in booking completion.

My Contribution

I refined the existing website by enhancing key user flows to improve the overall booking experience. The design direction emphasized Ain Dubai’s iconic identity through modern visuals, micro-interactions, and simplified navigation. Recognizing that 83% of traffic came from mobile, I enhanced the mobile UX to prioritize a faster checkout including the introduction of a booking widget that made the process simpler, more intuitive, and streamlined. In parallel, I designed kiosk screens from the ground up, adhering to the brand’s guidelines to ensure a seamless and accessible experience for all users, including those interacting with the kiosks in outdoor environments.
